Delivery and Returns

All items will be sent Monday-Friday with Hermes (standard shipping) or UKMAIL who offer a next day delivery service (no deliveries over the weekends). Please note that there is 1-2 days processing time our end dependent upon how busy we are.

If you are looking for something to go out the same day please do email us at kelly@featherdressage.com and we will do our upmost to get it out for you that day.

Standard UK postage with Hermes is £4.95 and UKMail in Zone A is £5.95 (usually will be Next Working Day if ordered before 1pm). You will receive an email or text regarding your delivery. Please refer to the map below to see what zone you are looking for.  Anything NOT in Zone A will be charged at the flat rate of £15 for UKMAIL but the charge for Hermes will remain the same across the whole of the UK.  This is not our fault unfortunately, but £15 is the charge from UKMAIL to go to Zones B,C,D and E. We can offer international postage by request, based on weight. Approx £20-25 to send a saddlepad and bandages to USA/ Aus / NZ for reference.

 

Returns:

All FULL PRICED (please see below for Sale items) items can be returned within 30 days (notified to us within 14 days) unless they have been personalised/special order items. Items should be in perfect, unused, ‘as new’ condition in the original packaging and all labels attached. Please note that proof of postage is necessary when returning goods as you are responsible for the item/s until they arrive back with us. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office. This will enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Returns are processed within 7 working days of receipt.

Sale Items/Discontinued Items:

These items are non returnable unless faulty. If the item is faulty we will of course be happy to offer a refund or exchange and also cover the postage costs back to us.  Just email us to let us know your preference. If it just a straight exchange i.e. wrong size, a postage fee will be charged.
