Delivery and Returns

Our aim is that the orders which are received before noon will be shipped within 5 working days. During campaigns/sales, we reserve the right to extend delivery times..

All items will be sent Monday-Friday with either DHL or Royal Mail who offer a next day delivery service (no deliveries over the weekends).

If you are looking for something to go out the same day please do email us at kelly@featherdressage.com and we will do our upmost to get it out for you that day.

Standard UK postage  is £6.95 and Next working Day is £8.95.  You will receive an email or text regarding your delivery.

We offer International postage that is calculated upon checkout

Please note that any items sent out of the UK after 1st January 2021 may incur additional charges going to its destination country.  This is NOT the fault of Feather Dressage but due to the changes in legislation due to Brexit.  Each client should be aware of the charges into their own country.  

 

Returns:

All FULL PRICED (please see below for Sale items) items can be returned within 30 days (notified to us within 14 days) unless they have been personalised/special order items. Items should be in perfect, unused, ‘as new’ condition in the original packaging and all labels attached. Please note that proof of postage is necessary when returning goods as you are responsible for the item/s until they arrive back with us. We recommend that you obtain a certificate of postage with adequate insurance from the Post Office. This will enable you to make a claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for return parcels that are lost or damaged in transit. Returns are processed within 7-10 working days of receipt. Please note if you are returning a product the original postage costs will not be reimbursed unless faulty.

Sale Items/Discontinued Items:

These items are returnable under the same terms as above. If the item is faulty we will of course be happy to offer a refund or exchange and also cover the postage costs back to us.  Just email us to let us know your preference. If it just a straight exchange i.e. wrong size, a postage fee will be applicable

Please note, the above policy does not affect your statutory rights.
