I have forgotten my password, how do I get a new one?
Please click the 'Lost Password' button on the log in page. This will ask you for your registered email address and will send you a new password to this email address.

How do I edit my details?
You can edit your details by logging in and looking under the 'My Account' section.

Do you share my details with Third Parties?
No we do not.


Is payment secure with Feather Dressage?
Yes absolutely, we use Paypal for their security. The pages are encrypted and your details safe and secure.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Paypal payments. Please do NOT send cash via the post.

Do I need a paypal account to pay?
No you do not. We use paypal as our secure checkout service which allows a one off payment from major credit or debit cards. You therefore do not need a Paypal account to pay by credit or debit card.



Please note that only 1 discount code can be used at a time and cannot be used in conjunction with any sales items unless specified.

Gift Vouchers have an expiry date of 1year from the date of purchase. 


You do not stock the product I am after, what do I do?
If we do not stock the product you are searching for, please contact us and if we can trace this product for you, we will.

The product I want is not in the size I am after, what do I do?
Please email and we will try and obtain your desired size.

How do I place an order?
Please follow the website instructions. You find the item(s) you wish to purchase, make any changes according to size/ colour or quantity. You can then view items in your shopping cart or checkout. This will take you to Paypal's online and secure checkout system. Problems should be emailed to

Can I exchange or return?
Yes of course, as long as in as new condition and returned within 30 days.

My order has not arrived, what do I do??
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery. if you are concerned in the mean time, then please email and we will do everything we can to help.



Due to Brexit as of 1st January 2021 additional charges may be incurred for clients parcels going outside of the UK. It is the clients responsibility to check the incoming countries charges dependent upon the price.
